Global Strategic Staffing Solutions Announces Alliance With Manjoorans Group, India

Global Strategic Staffing Solutions (GS3), a division of One World United, LLC that provides trained registered nurses from India to work in the United States, has undergone a strategic alliance with Manjoorans Group, India, a pioneering International English Language Testing System (IELTS) and National Council Licensure Examination-Registered Nurse (NCLEX-RN), review school in India.

Through this partnership, GS3 India will partner its proprietary curriculum of clinical, language and cultural training to prepare quality trained nursing students are prepared to work in US and European healthcare systems. "There is a phenomenal resource for American nursing in India and given the growing shortages both realised and projected, this alliance offers a wealth of promise for the next generation of nursing," explained Mendel Zilberberg, President and CEO of One World United, LLC, the parent company of GS3-India. GS3 is currently training more than 5,000 students and nurses in India to match with employers in the United States. Partnering with Manjoorans Group will provide access to the India-based organisation's 11 locations throughout India. Manjoorans Group is the only IELTS and NCLEX-RN review school in India. Manjoorans Group's six month curriculum includes more than two months of intensive NCLEX-RN training, two-plus months of IELTS training and one month of concurrent cultural and soft skills training. "Having been approached by many companies seeking alliance with Manjoorans, we decided GS3, the Indian subsidiary of One World United, was an appropriate partner because of their commitment, scale and level of expertise," noted Babu Manjooran, the Founder of Manjoorans Group.
