Star Hospitals to be Launched

The Chief Cardio thoracic surgeon of Care Hospitals, Dr Gopichand Mannam has joined hands with a group of doctors and entrepreneurs to start Star Hospitals in Hyderabad.

Informed Dr Mannam, "It would be a Rs 35 crore facility having 130 beds, including 55 ICU beds." The Hospital, to be located at Banjara Hills would focus on problems related to cardiology, neurology and nephrology. He added, "Our team of doctors has a combined experience of performing around 10,000 open heart surgeries, including 3000 in paeadiatrics. The facility would be equipped with fully digitised flat panel cathlab and two ultra modern echo cardiogram machines.
