For most patients' family, it is a unsettling to determine
which hospital is best suited for the treatment, is conveniently located, has

treatment to ensure it is affordable. A new service, HealthPA (Healthcare Personal
Assistant), aims to be a decisive support system for patients and their families
in the above mentioned situations. HealthPA provides help to people looking
to undergo a particular medical treatment or test, in selecting a medical service
provider that best suits their needs. HealthPA shall have a 24X7 patient care
centre (in the form of a call centre) where trained executives can help people
with information on various hospitals. HealthPA, shall however, not provide

From booking an appointment for consultation and treatment,
to finally helping in the logistics of travel and stay for patients from out
of town HealthPA will provide every information. Conceptualised by Nitin Mathur,
HealthPA's services are available on pan-India basis. Patients can log on to
HealthPA.com or can call HealthPA's 24X7 numbers to get assisted by a trained
executive. HealthPA also aims to reach out to patients from other countries
such as the US, the UK, Canada, and countries in Africa & Asia, from where
patients look to come to India for treatment. The basic purpose is to educate
them about the high-quality and cost effective medical facilities in India,
and help them come down for treatment in India.
HealthPA is also formulating tie-ups with leading hospitals
in all major cities in India. Patients approaching HealthPA for assistance are
advised of their options from among HealthPA's network of hospitals. Once a
person selects a particular institution for his treatment/test, HealthPA connects
the person with the institution, and provides logistical support to the patient.
