IHO Signs up With Atom for Payment Collections

Atom technologies, a digital and retail initiative of the Financial Technologies Group, has partnered with Indian Health Organisation (IHO) to enable payments collection for IHO's plan through its m-payments platform. IHO offers health plan benefits to customers on pre-hospitalisation medical expenses, which allow them to enjoy concessions on medical treatments incurred through its network of empanelled medical practitioners. IHO health cards are issued to customer who wishes to opt for these services.

IHO's customers will now have an option to buy health plan over the phone with the help of their credit cards. All a customer needs to do is to call up IHO Helpline number 1800-103-44-66, where they will be informed on various packages offered. Once customer has decided on a package, they will be connected to atom IVR to buy the plans of their choice.

IVR will guide the customers to enter the card details on phone key pad to complete the transaction in a secure and automated environment. Customers can make their payments using any of Visa/Master credit cards. Customers can opt for individual, Couple or Family memberships, renewable annually. After payments process is completed over the phone, the health cards are sent to the customers by courier. “Customers can now use their credit cards, under a highly secured system, over the phone to transact with us and get the convenience of instant policy activation over the phone. This will help us in engaging prospects in a more convenient manner," said Sunando Sen, Business Leader, Indian Health Organisation.
