up with its second project in Agaratala

Near Agartala airport.
When did construction start: November 1, 2008.

Total number of beds: 166, which is scalable to 236
beds.

a 63-bed multi-speciality hospital at Salt Lake City in Kolkata. GPT Group is
a rapidly growing conglomerate of independently managed companies involved in
various sectors of manufacturing, infrastructure projects, medical and health
care, power, mining etc and with a group turnover exceeding Rs 3,500 million.
GPT Group is having international presence also. The company has taken up another
project of 120-bed multi-speciality hospital near Nager Bazar area in the North
East Kolkata.
Budget (inclusive of cost of land, construction &
equipment): Rs 90 crore.

Any subsidy taken from the Government and what is the
arrangement with the Government against that: Land allotted on lease by
Government of Tripura. Ten per cent beds reserved for BPL.
