Vishal Bali to Inaugurate HOSPIKON 2010
The theme for this year's event— Sustainability in
Healthcare- Managing 3P's
After successful completion of its first event, SIOR Hospital
Management Alumni Association (SIORHMAA) is organising its second series of
national seminar on healthcare management.
HOSPIKON, an annual national conference on healthcare management,
will be hosted at Dr Nitu Mandke IMA Hall (Dr KH Sancheti hall), Tilak Road,
Pune on 20 - 21 February, 2010. Vishal Bali, CEO, Fortis Healthcare will inaugurate
this two-day event. The theme for this year's event—'Sustainability in
Healthcare—Managing 3P's' is kept in conjunction with last year's theme
of ‘Transforming Healthcare—An Indian Perspective’. This programme
is designed to refresh and identify new prospects and optimise relationships
with existing practices in healthcare management. It will help delegates to
achieve and sustain vertical growth in profits, sales and service quality.
Few of the key topics: are: Challenges—healthcare infrastructure
in India; RTI & confidentiality of medical record; medical negligence &
arrest of doctors—recent judgment; healthcare project funding, good medicine
is good business, but not vice versa; franchising in healthcare; new ways of
communication; CRM challenges in healthcare; oppulanges in healthcare marketing;
ERP— a managers perspective for individual hospitals; improving patient
care with reduced costs using RFID; interoperability standards in healthcare;
people challenges in hospitals.
