At the opening function, Dr Lal unveiled the plaque through remote access and made the first inaugural call to the centre declaring the call centre open. This was followed by the lighting of the auspicious lamp by Mala Vazirani, Executive Director, Transasia Bio-Medical.

This would facilitate a swifter response time, technical help; prompt handling of customer calls, improved coordination leading to better deliverables, reaching out even to the far-flung areas.
