Emphasising the significance of India Health, Yogesh Mudras, MD, Informa Markets, India, stated, “India Health is the heartbeat of our shows. There’s never been a more opportune moment to launch such a groundbreaking event with India’s healthcare sector rapidly expanding and projected to reach $638 billion by 2025. This has been driven by incremental healthcare coverage, investments, and enhanced services from both public and private sectors. Government initiatives, such as relaxed FDI norms, startup promotion policies, and bolstered R and D efforts, alongside refined IPR regulations, have fostered a conducive business environment.

India Health aligns seamlessly with the ‘Make in India’ campaign, focusing on vital sectors like pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and chemicals. The expo stands at the convergence for advancing healthcare excellence, innovation, and promoting collaboration, all while addressing the nation’s health needs equitably. With its inaugural edition, we anticipate a profound impact and extend our gratitude to all stakeholders for their unwavering support,” he added.

India Health will attract a distinguished visitor profile comprising biomedical engineers, hospital consultants, distributors, doctors, clinicians, procurement heads, regulatory bodies, and policymakers. The event will also feature the official country pavilion of Hungary, enriching attendees with diverse perspectives and innovations.

Enhancing the attendee experience, India Health will include a Transformation Zone showcasing start-up companies and innovators with transformative products and new launches. Additionally, Start-up Pavilions will provide domestic entrepreneurs the opportunity to engage with industry experts and potential investors.
