AHH join hands with HROne to automate its HR operations

This will enable AHH to move away from manual, paper-based processes and siloed software, and gain greater visibility into key HCM metrics across its entities

Asia Healthcare Holdings (AHH) has partnered with HROne to automate its HR operations. Moving ahead, it will leverage the HROne platform to curate a nimble and accessible journey for employees across all the enterprises that are a part of its portfolio. This will enable AHH to move away from manual, paper-based processes and siloed software, and gain greater visibility into key HCM metrics across its entities.

Because healthcare is a people-intensive sector, HCM practices can significantly impact the quality of care delivered by institutions and their financials. When tasks like attendance monitoring and shift management can be handled natively within the HR platform, healthcare companies are able to drive their operations at peak productivity, and also mitigate employee fatigue.

AHH will leverage the HROne platform’s capabilities to realise these benefits while driving down the cost of HR operations. By automating core HR workflows with HROne, AHH will be able to enhance employee satisfaction and reduce the workload on its HR teams.
