Ankura Hospitals launches 120-bed super speciality hospital in Indore

The Indore facility marks the hospital group's entry into Madhya Pradesh

Ankura Hospitals for Women and Children has inaugurated its state-of-the-art 120-bed super speciality hospital in Vijay Nagar, Indore.

The Indore facility marks the hospital group’s entry into Madhya Pradesh. With this addition, Ankura Hospitals now operates 18 centres across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Odisha and Madhya Pradesh, with a total capacity of over 1,500 beds.

According to the hospital, the new facility has been established to address the demand for specialised maternal and child healthcare services in the region. It said that patients requiring care for high-risk pregnancies, premature newborns, congenital disorders and complex paediatric conditions often travel outside the state for treatment. The Indore hospital is intended to provide tertiary care services within the region.

The hospital offers services in obstetrics and gynaecology, high-risk pregnancy management, neonatology, Level III neonatal intensive care (NICU), paediatrics, paediatric surgery, paediatric intensive care (PICU), foetal medicine, fertility and IVF, gynaecological care and 24×7 emergency care. The facility also includes labour and delivery suites, modular operation theatres, diagnostic services and critical care units.

The hospital brings together a multidisciplinary team of obstetricians, gynaecologists, neonatologists, paediatricians, paediatric surgeons, foetal medicine specialists, anaesthesiologists and critical care experts, supported by highly trained nurses, respiratory therapists and neonatal care professionals to provide comprehensive treatment for mothers and children.

The Indore facility is expected to cater to residents and patients from Ujjain, Dewas, Dhar, Ratlam, Mhow, Khandwa, Khargone, Neemuch, Mandsaur and other districts across Madhya Pradesh.
