FlexifyMe, an AI-powered healthtech company focused on physiotherapy-based diagnosis and treatment of pain, has raised ₹20 crore in pre-Series A funding led by IvyCap Ventures, with participation from Signal Ventures and existing investors.
The company said the funding will accelerate its hybrid care expansion through online and offline centres, support the launch of advanced posture and gait analysis labs, and strengthen clinical research partnerships.
FlexifyMe stated that it combines AI-driven diagnostics, physiotherapy, and personalised care plans to address chronic pain and mobility issues. The platform is currently used by thousands of individuals in India and global markets, and collaborates with enterprises, insurers, and healthcare ecosystems to deliver clinically validated outcomes.
With the new investment, FlexifyMe announced plans to open hybrid care centres and posture/gait labs across Pune, Mumbai, and Bengaluru, expanding access to in-person diagnostic and rehabilitation services. It will also roll out dynamic posture and gait analysis technology integrated with AI assessments for personalised care plans and measurable progress tracking, while furthering clinical research collaborations with academic and industry partners.
The company combines AI-driven posture and motion analysis with physiotherapy expertise to identify biomechanical root causes of musculoskeletal pain. By moving away from symptom-based treatment to data-driven interventions, FlexifyMe said it aims to reduce unnecessary procedures and improve patient outcomes.
FlexifyMe had earlier raised a $1 million seed round led by Flipkart Ventures and gained visibility on Shark Tank India Season 3, where it secured investment from Namita Thapar of Emcure. These milestones supported product development and brand expansion.
Manjeet Singh, Co-Founder of FlexifyMe, said, “Our mission is simple but ambitious: help people live pain-free by identifying and fixing root causes — not just masking symptoms. For decades, physiotherapy has too often relied on quick fixes and subjective assessments. We’re changing that. By combining technology, licensed physiotherapists and rigorous progress tracking, we are making the journey to a pain-free life scientific, objective and measurable. This funding allows us to scale these capabilities so millions can avoid unnecessary surgeries, return to the activities they love, and regain meaningful quality of life.”
Amit Bhayani, Co-Founder of FlexifyMe, said, “Our technology – dynamic posture and gait analysis with AI allows clinicians to pinpoint biomechanical root causes and design programs that are tracked weekly and monthly. Outcomes matter — and with objective tracking we can show what’s working and continuously improve care pathways.”
Vikram Gupta, Founder and Managing Partner of IvyCap Ventures, said, “FlexifyMe is pioneering a new frontier in digital health by making physiotherapy and chronic care more accessible, measurable, and impactful. Their unique combination of AI-driven technology and expert-led therapy has strong global applicability, addressing a massive unmet need. We believe FlexifyMe has the potential to become a global leader in digital therapeutics and chronic care solutions.”
