FUJIFILM unveils ELUXEO 8000 Therapeutic Endoscopy for the Indian market

The newly launched system includes next-gen therapeutic endoscopes, making it suited for navigating narrow luminal areas

FUJIFILM India has introduced its ELUXEO 8000 Therapeutic Endoscopy Solution at the 22nd Mumbai Live Endoscopy event hosted by Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital. Previously available only in Japan and Europe, this endoscopic technology is now entering the Indian market with the aim of offering enhanced image quality, expanding therapeutic capabilities, and streamlining workflow for healthcare providers. 

The ELUXEO 8000 is equipped with technologies, including ACI (Amber-red Colour Imaging), TNR (Triple Noise Reduction), and E-DRIP (Extended Dynamic Range Image Processing) offering sharp, high-quality images with minimal halation. These innovations aid healthcare professionals in performing more precise, complex therapeutic procedures. 

The launch event was graced by renowned experts in the field of gastroenterology and endoscopy. Esteemed attendees included Hironori Yamamoto (Japan); Prateek Sharma – President, American Society of Gastroenterologists (USA); Pradeep Bhandari – Vice President, British Society of Gastroenterology (UK); Dr Srisha Hebbar (UK); Christopher Khor (Singapore); Dr Amit Maydeo – Director, HN Reliance Hospital; Dr Rajkumar Wadhwa – Apollo Hospital Mysore; among other leading gastroenterologists from India.
