Happiest Health has announced the launch of its fifth business unit, Digital Healthcare, and the appointment of Ravi Joshi as President & CEO – Digital Healthcare.
According to the company, the launch marks the expansion of its integrated healthcare ecosystem through technology-enabled services designed to reach Atithis across India and internationally.
Ravi Joshi, who previously served as Co-CEO of the Knowledge business, will lead the new business vertical. According to the company, he will oversee the development of the Digital Healthcare business unit, with its first offering being virtual doctor appointments that will enable Atithis to connect with qualified healthcare professionals remotely. The company stated that the Digital Healthcare business aims to build a platform connecting Atithis and healthcare experts beyond geographical boundaries.
Happiest Health also stated that it is developing an AI-powered healthcare platform to support patient engagement, health decision-making and personalised healthcare experiences. According to the company, products including Cardio Expert, Paediatric Expert and the Lifestyle Intelligence Platform are in advanced stages of development, with additional digital offerings planned during the year.
