IHLD MedTech has closed a strategic investment from UltraGreen.ai (SGX: ULG), a Singapore Exchange-listed global leader in fluorescence-guided surgery and digital health solutions operating across 54 countries and valued at approximately US$1.3 billion.
The investment comprises an initial tranche of US$3 million, with a total commitment potential of US$12 million, to fuel the expansion of IHLD MedTech’s two AI-powered healthcare platforms across India and international markets.
IHLD MedTech is building two platforms at the intersection of clinical medicine and technology, addressing chronic disease, preventable hospitalisations, and non-healing wounds – conditions that collectively affect hundreds of millions of patients and cost India’s healthcare system billions of dollars annually.
iLiveConnect is India’s first AI-enabled, Doctors-led continuous care platform, delivering real-time health monitoring, clinical oversight, and care continuity for patients managing chronic diseases, post-discharge recovery, preventive health needs, and elderly care. WoundHeal+ is India’s most advanced wound management clinic chain, integrating fluorescence imaging, AI-assisted perfusion assessment, and data-driven clinical decision support to improve outcomes in diabetic foot ulcers, pressure injuries, surgical wounds, and complex chronic wounds. With nearly 80% of India’s 100,000 annual lower limb amputations linked to diabetes, and most preventable with timely wound intervention, WoundHeal+ addresses one of the country’s most urgent and underserved clinical needs.
The partnership brings together UltraGreen.ai’s global expertise in advanced fluorescence imaging and digital health technologies with IHLD MedTech’s innovative care delivery ecosystem.
