MedLern’s personalised learning journeys and gamified progress tracking are designed to increase intrinsic motivation among healthcare professionals. ILS Hospitals anticipates improved engagement and a reduction in staff attrition through structured career development pathways, peer-learning communities, and recognition frameworks embedded within the platform.
