Indira IVF Hospital has acquired a stake in Abha Surgy Healthcare, which manages and operates a fertility clinic specialising in assisted reproduction under the name ‘Abha Surgy Centre’ in India.
Abha Surgy Healthcare operates in the reproductive healthcare segment with a focus on fertility treatment and patient-centred care. The organisation aims to position itself as an accessible care provider offering reproductive health services across different life stages. It is led by Dr Bani Mitra, Director, who brings over three decades of experience in fertility and gynaecological care in Eastern India and has played a key role in shaping its clinical approach.
