MediBuddy, a digital healthcare company, has announced the launch of its new office in Indore. The move is part of the company’s broader strategy to expand beyond metropolitan areas and build a localised workforce in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities.

The new facility, located at Nextcoworks in Vijay Nagar, will support 24×7 digital operations, customer support, and service delivery functions. MediBuddy stated that the Indore office is expected to serve as a key hub for business growth in central India and enable access to emerging regional talent pools.

Satish Kannan, Co-founder and CEO of MediBuddy, said, “We believe quality healthcare and better work opportunities should not be confined to metro cities. Indore is a city brimming with talent and potential. As we continue to grow, our focus is to build where the talent is. The launch of our Indore office is an important step in that direction—creating local employment opportunities while bringing high-quality, trusted healthcare services closer to people, regardless of the geography.”

The Indore office is also part of MediBuddy’s employer branding efforts aimed at connecting with high-potential talent across regions. The company noted that the facility would offer competitive roles and skill development opportunities to professionals looking to work in a tech-led healthcare environment.
