MedLern, in collaboration with NATHEALTH, has successfully completed the first Digital Health Master Class (DHMC) workshop in Hyderabad. The workshop saw participation from over 40 hospitals across the region and aimed to accelerate digital transformation in Indian healthcare by equipping hospital leaders with essential knowledge and strategies to leverage digital technologies.
The Hyderabad workshop marked a key milestone in an ongoing series designed to support healthcare professionals nationwide. Participants engaged in discussions on adopting digital tools such as Hospital Management Information Systems (HMIS) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) to enhance operational efficiency and patient care.
Padmini Gopiram, Head – Human Resources, Continental Hospitals, said, “The session was incredibly timely, especially in light of the ongoing digitisation revolution in healthcare. While some of us are just beginning this transformation or are somewhere in the middle, there’s still a long way to go. At this stage, raising awareness is crucial, and we are grateful to MedLern for taking the initiative to lead this effort. Their dedication is ensuring that we don’t get left behind in this fast-paced shift towards digital health solutions.”
Deepak Sharma, Co-Founder and CEO of MedLern, said, “The overwhelming response from healthcare leaders in Hyderabad underscores the urgency and importance of digital transformation in our hospitals. Our workshops are tailored to provide actionable insights that will help organisations navigate their digital journeys successfully. We look forward to continuing this momentum with upcoming sessions in Indore and Nagpur next month.”
MedLern focuses on advancing healthcare education and workforce training through digital learning solutions. The organisation aims to enhance patient care, improve clinical outcomes, and bridge skill gaps in the healthcare sector through workshops, digital platforms, and strategic collaborations.
MedLern and NATHEALTH will continue their efforts to strengthen India’s healthcare ecosystem by conducting additional workshops in Indore and Nagpur in March 2025. These initiatives aim to enhance medical training, upskill healthcare professionals, and improve patient care across the country’s evolving healthcare landscape.
