Neuberg Diagnostics has announced the consolidation of its Maharashtra operations with NM Medical, bringing together some of the state’s most respected diagnostic brands and clinical leaders under one unified network.
The partnership combines NM Medical’s expertise in advanced radiology, cardiology and preventive wellness with Neuberg’s specialised capabilities in Genomics, Metabolomics, Proteomics, Digital Pathology, Immunohistochemistry, Molecular Diagnostics, Nephropathology and Neuropathology.
The unified platform brings together Neuberg NM Medical, Neuberg Dr Ajay Shah, Neuberg Sehgal, Neuberg OncoPath led by Dr Jay Mehta, and Neuberg Star, with a shared focus on clinical quality, advanced technology, deeper clinical insights and customer delight.
The network brings together routine and specialised testing, advanced imaging and preventive health services through diagnostic centres, pathology laboratories, wellness centres and collection centres across Mumbai and Maharashtra. For clinicians, integrating imaging, pathology, molecular diagnostics and genomics can provide a broader view of a patient’s condition, supporting disease detection, diagnosis, treatment planning and ongoing monitoring.

The Maharashtra platform will be led by Dr Nilesh Shah as Chairman, Dr Ajay Shah as Chief Mentor – Pathology, Dr Asish Atre as Chief of Radiology, and Dr Kunal Sehgal and Dr Jay Mehta as Heads of Pathology.
Rahil Shah will serve as CEO – Maharashtra, Preventive Wellness & Africa Operations, Neuberg Group, driving the integration and expansion of the network.
Under this leadership, Neuberg will expand across Maharashtra through integrated diagnostic centres, advanced pathology laboratories, comprehensive wellness centres and collection centres, bringing advanced diagnostic services closer to patients and clinicians.
The unification of Neuberg’s Maharashtra diagnostic brands, together with Atlas, the group’s new-age longevity and wellness initiative, was unveiled by MS Dhoni in Mumbai on 3 October 2026.
Atlas brings together advanced diagnostics, imaging, genomics and personalised health insights to help individuals understand their health risks earlier and manage their long-term wellbeing proactively.
The first Atlas Longevity & Wellness programme is being launched at NM Medical’s Marine Lines centre in Mumbai, with plans to expand to other major cities across India. The unified network combines the legacy of respected Maharashtra diagnostic institutions with Neuberg’s national reach and advanced capabilities, with a clear shared purpose: better diagnostics, deeper clinical insights and an exceptional patient experience.
