RGUHS to organise AHSCON 2020 for AHS fraternity

To be held from 1st to 3rd February, 2020, at NIMHANS Convention Centre, Bengaluru, the conference will witness veterans from the industry deliberating on various aspects of allied health sciences

Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) and Allied Health Science Colleges of Karnataka are organising a national conference for allied health sciences (AHS) fraternity from 1st to 3rd February, 2020. Being held at NIMHANS Convention Centre, Bengaluru, the summit will focus on the following:

  • Need for focus on AHS courses
  • AHS as an important part of booming healthcare industry
  • Creating public awareness on AHS
  • Introduction to new techniques
  • Introduction and sensitisation to research
  • Creating awareness about biomedical instrumentation
  • Exposing students to benefits of AI in healthcare
  • Awareness about BLS and ACCLS conducted by RGUHS
  • Common syllabus for all AHS courses

The three-day conference will also witness veterans from the industry deliberating on the above-mentioned topics, along with other focus areas like cardiac care technology, optometry, renal dialysis, clinical reserach, medical imaging technology, public health and neurosciences, among others.
