SRV Hospitals secures ₹140 cr from InvAscent

InvAscent’s decision to back SRV follows the PE fund’s successful investments in healthcare brands like HCG Hospitals and Dr Agarwal’s Eye Hospital

SRV Hospitals has raised ₹140 crores from InvAscent. This investment aims to enable the group to strengthen and amplify its multispecialty critical care-focused healthcare model.

Founded in 2015, SRV Hospitals operates five tertiary care hospitals across Mumbai, Nashik, and Bengaluru with a combined capacity of 500+ beds.

InvAscent’s decision to back SRV follows the PE fund’s successful investments in healthcare brands like HCG Hospitals and Dr Agarwal’s Eye Hospital. The firm brings not only capital, but sector insights and long-term strategic vision. With this partnership, SRV will accelerate its presence, invest in cutting-edge technology, and further strengthen the systems that make its current institutions stand out.
