“Policing is much about helping people, playing a pivotal role in maintaining safety, crime prevention and working towards the welfare of people. While doing so, many police staff members who suffer from major health ailments, fail to seek proper treatment due to hectic schedules. This move taken by Wockhardt Hospital is welcomed by us with open arms. I urge my fellow women police staff members to get themselves screened, and stay fit and fine, in order to serve people in a better way,” concluded Chief Guest, Shantaram Valvi, DYSP, Mira Road and Dr Shashikant Bhosale, DYSP, Bhayandar.
