Yellow Fertility partners CARE IVF to expand fertility services in East and North-East India

Partnership focuses on centre expansion and access to fertility treatment across emerging regions

Yellow Fertility has partnered with CARE IVF to expand access to fertility care across Eastern and North-Eastern India, where demand for reproductive health services is increasing. The partnership is aimed at strengthening the availability of structured and evidence-based fertility treatment in these regions.

As part of the agreement, the two organisations plan to open eight additional centres across key locations in the East and North-East over the next two years. The expansion is intended to improve access to in-vitro fertilisation (IVF) and assisted reproductive technology (ART) services and reduce the need for patients to travel long distances for treatment.

The collaboration will begin with integration across two existing CARE IVF centres in Kolkata. These centres provide fertility services including IVF, intrauterine insemination (IUI), fertility preservation, ART procedures and personalised treatment pathways. Patients at these centres will have access to standardised clinical protocols, medical teams and integrated care systems.

Commenting on the partnership, Ambika Bhaik, CEO of Yellow Fertility, said, “Our focus has been on scaling in a manner that does not compromise clinical quality or ethical standards. CARE IVF brings strong regional insights and deep clinical expertise, making it an important ecosystem partner as we expand our footprint in Eastern and North-Eastern India. This collaboration will help fast-pace our expansion across India while continuing to deliver individualised, evidence-based care supported by robust clinical governance and technology.”

Dr Mukesh Sirohia, Partner and Director, CARE IVF, said Eastern and North-Eastern India are emerging markets for fertility care due to demographic shifts and awareness. “This partnership with Yellow Fertility enables us to further strengthen our regional footprint while ensuring that patients have access to reliable and affordable fertility treatment delivered by experienced clinicians and supported by advanced infrastructure,” he said.

The partnership aligns with Yellow Fertility’s stated plan to establish 100 IVF centres across India by 2030, with the objective of expanding access to standardised fertility care nationwide.
