ZenMD launches in India

India-focused platform introduces integrated suite to reduce documentation burden and enhance clinical decision-making

ZenMD, an India-focused clinical AI platform built for doctors and healthcare institutions has announced its official launch in India. Designed specifically for the realities of Indian clinical practice, ZenMD brings a unified AI layer across documentation, diagnostics, and decision support to help doctors save time, improve accuracy, and focus more on patient care.

The platform introduces four core products, ZenScribe, ZenNotes, ZenConsult, and ZenScan, each addressing critical challenges faced by clinicians in high-volume healthcare environments. From real-time voice-to-clinical documentation and automated OPD notes to evidence-based clinical decision support and AI-powered medical imaging analysis, ZenMD provides an integrated ecosystem that supports over 80 medical specialties. The platform is designed as a “clinical intelligence layer” that works seamlessly across workflows, offering real-time, validated outputs for everyday use in hospitals and clinics .

India’s healthcare system operates under immense pressure, where doctors are expected to make fast, accurate decisions while managing significant administrative workloads,” said Rithika Reddy, Founder and CEO of ZenMD. “We built ZenMD to act as a reliable clinical co-pilot—one that understands the nuances of Indian healthcare and supports doctors at the point of care. Our goal is to bring both speed and safety into every patient interaction.”

ZenMD’s proprietary hallucination correction layer ensures that every AI-generated response is verified before reaching clinicians, addressing one of the most critical concerns in healthcare AI trust and reliability. The platform is already seeing strong early adoption across hospitals, teaching institutions, and medical professionals, with more than 60,000 users and 90,000 page views recorded within weeks of its initial rollout .

Healthcare AI cannot be built like a generic consumer product it has to earn trust in real clinical environments,” said Pranav Reddy, Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer, ZenMD. “Our focus has always been on building something that doctors can rely on during critical moments, whether it’s a quick clinical query, documentation in a busy OPD, or interpreting diagnostic data. ZenMD is designed to fit naturally into existing workflows, not disrupt them.”
