Planning to extend scholarships to 150 medical students
Metropolis Foundation, the CSR arm of Metropolis Healthcare is pleased to roll out the 4th edition of annual ‘MedEngage Scholarship Program 2022-23’ and is inviting applications for scholarships from the final year MBBS and MD/DNB students.
MedEngage is a holistic medical outreach program which aims to nourish and nurture the young medical talent. Under this programme, 122 students from 47 medical colleges across the country were rewarded with scholarships in FY 21-22. The foundation is planning to extend 150 scholarships in the current year.
Since the inception of the program, over 500 institutes have been reached and more than 5000 students have registered for scholarships and other benefits under the gamut of MedEngage Program. For more details, students may visit MedEngage website. The portal is open for applications for a month from 15th December 2022 to 15th January 2023.
Ernst and Young is the process partner for MedEngage scholarship program and all applications will be evaluated by an eminent panel of jury members, predominantly from the healthcare fraternity and external bodies. The winners will be announced in February 2022, followed by a felicitation ceremony which will be held in March 2022.
