Roche Diabetes Care (RDC) India announced that its Accu-Chek brand of blood glucose
motoring products are compliant with the revised standards of IS/ISO 15197:2013 announced by Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO), Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare.

The original notification issued on February 16, 2016 stated that the revised IS/ISO 15197:2013 were to be effective after 36 months of its publication by Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), which was stated to be October, 19, 2016.
