Zandra Healthcare has launched a Metabolic Health Centre to address obesity, diabetes and related complications in India. The centre introduces a new model for diagnosis and treatment of metabolic disorders, moving beyond isolated blood sugar readings to an integrated diagnostic system.
The centre operates a Point-of-Care laboratory that provides real-time results for Urine Albumin-Creatinine Ratio (uACR), Vitamin D, HbA1c, Lipid Profile, Liver Profile, Kidney Profile, TSH and cardiac injury sensitive markers including Trop I, CKMB and NT Pro BNP. The facility follows a results-in-minutes model to enable clinical intervention without delay between testing and treatment.

The centre has adopted a Predictive Care model to address complications linked to metabolic diseases. Its AI-Powered Foot & Biomechanics Lab uses Computer Vision to conduct static and active gait analysis. The system supports early detection of diabetic foot ulcers and correction of biomechanical imbalances to prevent stress injuries to the ankle, knee and back, and to reduce fall risks.
The HIFEM Pelvic Restoration Suite uses High-Intensity Focused Electromagnetic technology to manage complications including erectile dysfunction, urinary incontinence and anal incontinence.
The Cardio-Respiratory & Sleep Suite provides Pulmonary Function Test, FeNO and Polysomnography. These tools are used in the management of asthma and obstructive sleep apnoea associated with metabolic syndrome.
The Advanced Obesity & Gut Health Suite integrates AI-based Body Composition Analysis using vision and vital profiling to generate daily activity recommendations. The centre offers Cryolipolysis for fat reduction and uses the Urea Breath Test to detect H. pylori infections. The programme combines gut health management and body composition analysis and includes integration of weight-loss treatments such as GLP-1 therapies.
