Seeds of Innocence launches IVF, genetic testing and foetal medicine facility in Lucknow

The new fertility centre integrates technology along with a multidisciplinary team of specialists, including foetal medicine and genetic testing facility

Seeds of Innocence, chain of IVF and Fertility centres, inaugurated its first fertility centre in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The roadmap plan of Seeds of Innocence in the region is to deal with the lack of access faced by young couples in getting quality consultation and reliable treatment of infertility. The new fertility centre integrates technology along with a multidisciplinary team of specialists, including foetal medicine and genetic testing facility.

Brajesh Pathak, Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, inaugurated the new centre in the presence of Dr Dinesh Arora , Chairman, Yashoda Group of Hospitals Delhi-NCR, Dr Shashi Arora, Group Director, Yashoda Group of Hospitals Delhi-NCR, Dr Rajat Arora, Group Director, Yashoda Group of Hospitals, Delhi-NCR, and Dr Gauri Agarwal, Director and Co-founder, Seeds of Innocence & Genestrings Diagnostics.

The minister praised Seeds of Innocence’s efforts to raise awareness about infertility and its treatment, saying, “The Government of Uttar Pradesh is committed to ensuring the health of the people of the state. This new centre will raise awareness about infertility concerns in general. Under Dr Gauri’s supervision, I am confident that Seeds of Innocence will accomplish fantastic work in the state.”

The Lucknow centre stands to be the third such facility in the region. Apart from Lucknow, one centre in Ghaziabad and another in Meerut are operational. There are currently 15+ such centres located across the country.
