Enira Consulting and GADH sign MoU to advance digital health adoption across Europe and MENA
The partnership will focus on scaling digital health transformation programmes, developing AI-driven platforms, and enabling regulatory alignment for sustainable healthcare impact
Enira Consulting, a healthcare firm specialising in technology solutions and system transformation, has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Global Advisory Digital Healthcare (GADH).
The partnership combines Enira’s expertise in health system transformation and technology-driven solutions with GADH’s leadership in policy integration and regional execution. Both organisations will work across Europe and the MENA region to strengthen digital health adoption and deliver sustainable outcomes.
As part of the collaboration, Enira and GADH will jointly design and scale digital health transformation programmes and new models of care. The scope includes the development of AI and data-driven platforms for predictive and patient-centred care, as well as conducting market landscaping, feasibility studies, and ecosystem readiness assessments to guide the adoption of healthtech and medtech solutions.
The partnership will also focus on supporting go-to-market planning, strategic collaborations, and organisational design to enable sustainable growth. Ensuring regulatory alignment and policy integration will be a key priority to support seamless adoption across regions.
Dr Sabine Kapasi, CEO at Enira Consulting, Founder of ROPAN Healthcare, and UN Advisor, said, “Healthcare is ultimately about people, not just systems. Around the world, we see patients, families, and providers struggling with gaps that innovation can help bridge, but only if it is done thoughtfully. At Enira, we believe that technology should support care, not complicate it. This partnership with GADH gives us the chance to bring fresh ideas and practical solutions together, so that innovation leads to better, more affordable care for communities everywhere.”
Richard Dasselaar, Managing Director, Global Advisory Digital Healthcare, added, “When you bring strategy, technology, and policy together, real change becomes possible. What excites us about working with Enira is the shared commitment to making healthcare work better for everyone, patients, providers, and policymakers alike. By combining our global experience with Enira’s strong vision, we can move beyond pilots and promises to create care models that actually make a difference in people’s lives.”
Through this MoU, Enira Consulting and GADH reaffirm their shared commitment to enabling adoption of innovative healthcare solutions, strengthening stakeholder engagement, and driving measurable healthcare impact across regions.
