Rainbow Children’s Medicare has announced the appointment of Abrarali Dalal as Chief Executive Officer, effective January 20, 2026. The appointment follows a recommendation by the Company’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approval through a resolution passed by the Board of Directors.

Dalal has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare sector, including roles across multi-location hospital networks, operations, and growth initiatives. In his role as Chief Executive Officer, he will oversee the company’s expansion plans, clinical and operational performance, and engagement with patients, partners, and stakeholders.

The company stated that the leadership transition aligns with its plans to strengthen the executive team and pursue its long-term objectives across its hospital network.
