CitiusTech partners with Ventra Health to Launch AI-Based revenue intelligence platform
Platform focuses on revenue cycle performance using AI and automation
CitiusTech has announced a partnership with Ventra Health to support the launch of an AI- and automation-based revenue intelligence platform named vCision. Under the partnership, CitiusTech is working with Ventra to support the development and deployment of the platform using engineering, data and AI capabilities. Ventra’s AI platform initiative also includes the launch of a Global Capability Center focused on engineering, data and platform delivery to integrate Agentic AI solutions across its business portfolio.
According to the companies, the platform has demonstrated improvements in revenue cycle outcomes, including a 19 per cent increase in first-pass payment rates, a 26 per cent reduction in initial denial rates, and faster recovery of delayed reimbursements through AI-based revenue intelligence functions.
Rajan Kohli, CEO, CitiusTech, said, “We are excited to work with Ventra to accelerate their AI platform with scalable and secure technology. By combining Ventra’s deep revenue cycle expertise with CitiusTech’s healthcare engineering, Gen AI and Agentic AI capabilities, we aim to deliver business intelligence solutions that are both actionable and operationally embedded. This collaboration is focused on improving financial predictability, reducing revenue leakage, and helping providers operate with greater confidence.”
The vCision platform is designed to support Ventra’s revenue cycle teams in improving processing accuracy, reducing preventable denials, responding to changes in reimbursement behaviour and increasing realised revenue. It also enables real-time education and training for operational teams and extends enterprise data and analytics functions within Ventra’s vSight platform, which was launched in late 2023.
Steven Huddleston, CEO, Ventra, said, “With vCision, we are accelerating our AI focus to launch a series of proprietary, high-value revenue intelligence solutions to stay ahead of rapidly shifting guidelines and reimbursement requirements that will ultimately impact client bottom lines and competitive positioning. As an integral part of the white-glove service delivery model we offer to Ventra clients, these solutions will empower our RCM experts to make smarter and faster decisions that will drive concrete outcomes.”
The platform uses curated data from Ventra’s vSight enterprise data and analytics system. The vCision AI solutions are monitored and refined by domain teams to provide service metrics and measurable outcomes.
