Redcliffe Labs appoints Dr Sonal Saxena as Director – Lab Operations

Redcliffe Labs has appointed Dr Sonal Saxena as Director – Lab Operations, effective immediately.

With this appointment, the responsibility of overseeing diagnostics across its network will be led under her role.

Dr Saxena will lead the organisation’s laboratory operations across India, focusing on technical processes, quality systems, and accreditation standards. Her role will include strengthening the company’s diagnostics delivery and expanding its operational network.

Dr Saxena has over 25 years of experience in pathology and laboratory medicine. Her experience includes clinical diagnostics, reference laboratory establishment, and operational leadership. She has held roles at organisations including Dr Lal PathLabs, Apollo Clinic, Alchemist Hospital, and Diagno Labs. As an ISO 15189 assessor, she has been involved in achieving NABL, CAP, and ISO accreditations in previous roles.
