The Insight Tribe partners with VPRO to support cardiac imaging service
The collaboration combines growth strategy support with sub-specialist clinical expertise
The Insight Tribe, a healthcare strategy and market intelligence firm, has partnered with VPRO Cardiac Imaging Solutions, a cardiothoracic imaging group, to support diagnostic centres in developing cardiac imaging services.
The collaboration combines growth strategy support with sub-specialist clinical expertise. Through RadioActiv, The Insight Tribe’s growth strategy practice for diagnostic centres, the partnership will work with centres to assess cardiac imaging opportunities, develop service models and plan their implementation.
With the adoption of cardiac MRI and CT increasing across India, diagnostic centres are investing in advanced imaging infrastructure. However, access to sub-specialist expertise remains a challenge, particularly for centres outside major metropolitan markets. Cardiac imaging services also require expertise in interpreting complex studies, supporting multidisciplinary heart teams and maintaining consistent reporting standards.
Under the partnership, VPRO will provide sub-specialist reporting in cardiac MRI, cardiac CT and vascular imaging. Its scope will also include protocol development, training and planning support for structural heart procedures such as TAVI and TMVR.
“RadioActiv was built to help diagnostic centres identify and capture their next growth opportunity. Cardiac imaging is an area where we consistently see strong interest, but the availability of specialist clinical expertise can be a significant barrier. Our partnership with VPRO allows us to address that gap as part of the growth journey itself,” said Amit Gandhi, Founder and CEO, The Insight Tribe.
VPRO’s team includes cardiothoracic imaging specialists, including Dr (Major) Vimal Raj, Consultant Cardiothoracic Radiologist at Narayana Health and a member of VPRO’s leadership team.
“Centres are investing in advanced imaging equipment, but developing dependable sub-specialist cardiac reporting capabilities remains challenging. VPRO aims to bridge this gap through specialist reporting, training and structured clinical support. Working with The Insight Tribe allows us to bring this expertise into the centre’s growth strategy from the beginning,” said Dr (Major) Raj
The partnership will focus on diagnostic centres considering cardiac imaging as a new service area, as well as centres looking to expand their existing cardiac imaging capabilities.
