Mulk Technology has announced an AI-enabled digital healthcare platform for India and international markets, following a strategic partnership with OnClarity USA signed in Dubai on 23 October 2026. The platform combines Mulk Technology’s Hospital Management System with OnClarity USA’s AI-based patient experience tools, bringing clinical, financial and patient-facing functions into an integrated system.

Hospitals often operate with separate systems for clinical documentation, billing, insurance claims and patient communication. This can lead to missing billing entries, rejected claims, delays in appointments and gaps in complaint resolution. The platform integrates these functions to support information flow across hospital departments.

Registration, electronic medical records (EMR), laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, billing, insurance claims, telehealth and the patient app operate on a single database. Orders, bed-days and consumables can be linked to billing, reducing the need for separate interfaces between departments. The integrated system also enables information from clinical documentation to be used in the claims process.

AI tools support claims preparation and review, with staff responsible for checking and approving claims. The system can reconcile procedures, tests, bed-days and consumables against bills before discharge. It can also suggest medical codes with supporting documentation, flag missing details, validate claims against payer rules and pre-authorisation requirements, and identify potential duplicates. Work queues can be prioritised according to claim value, approval likelihood and deadlines, while rejected claims can be reviewed and resubmitted.

OnClarity USA’s AI tools support patient communication across WhatsApp, voice, SMS, web chat and mobile applications. The patient support system is designed to respond around the clock in more than 40 languages, handling appointment bookings, reminders and query routing. An agent-assistance tool provides staff with patient history and policy-related information during interactions. The Voice of the Patient system analyses calls, chats, reviews and surveys to identify recurring issues and support their resolution.

The platform also includes telehealth kiosks that hospitals can offer under their own brands at locations such as offices, pharmacies and malls. These enable video consultations with hospital doctors and on-site medicine dispensing. Its AI Longevity Module is designed to extend laboratory testing into a recurring, physician-led preventive home-care programme.

The platform supports the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM), including ABHA creation and linking during registration and consent-based sharing of health records across ABDM-linked facilities. It is cloud-based and subscription-priced, with configurations for hospitals, clinics, diagnostic laboratories and imaging centres. Facilities can adopt the full platform or add the AI layer to their existing systems.

Dr Nawab Shafi Ul Mulk, Founder, Mulk Technology said, “We are excited to bring AI health technology to the UAE, Africa and India as digital transformation reshapes healthcare delivery worldwide. We have delivered telehealth to over 1.5 million insurance members in the UAE and in Africa through the DR Congo, we are in the final stages of implementation in India, and we have signed an MOU with the Maldives.”

Abed Kasaji, Co-Founder and CEO, OnClarity USA said, “Hospitals don’t have a technology shortage. They have a fragmentation problem, and patients are caught in the middle. With Dr Mulk and his team, we are giving hospitals one platform that follows the patient from the first call to the final claim, with results they can measure.”
