Aartas CliniShare, a Delhi NCR-based healthcare infrastructure company, is expanding its managed outpatient department (OPD) infrastructure model to serve healthcare enterprises, including speciality clinic networks, healthcare startups and hospital groups. The expansion marks a move beyond individual doctors’ clinics, enabling healthcare providers to establish and scale outpatient services across new markets without setting up and managing infrastructure independently.

The company has recently partnered with Gut Clinic, Synchrony and Rising Dental Practice, adding to its enterprise portfolio and expanding its footprint by approximately 20,000 sq. ft. across Delhi NCR.

Unlike conventional leasing arrangements, Aartas CliniShare provides an end-to-end managed infrastructure solution for OPD operations. Its services include location identification and catchment analysis, space design and development, regulatory compliance and licensing, clinical infrastructure, technology, staffing, facility management and day-to-day operations. This allows healthcare partners to focus on clinical delivery, patient experience and business growth, while Aartas CliniShare manages the infrastructure and operational ecosystem.

Founded in 2021 to help individual doctors establish independent practices, Aartas CliniShare has since served more than 150 doctors, speciality clinics and enterprise brands across its centres in South Delhi and Gurugram.

Commenting on the expansion, Ankur Sharma, Co-founder, Aartas CliniShare, said, “Healthcare delivery in India is changing faster than the buildings it runs in. Hospital groups and new-age startups are choosing asset-light, OPD-led expansion over building full facilities. Patients want trusted specialty care closer to home, brands want a presence in many micro-markets without recreating their operations each time, and more doctors want to build their own practices without managing property and paperwork. That is the gap we are addressing. We are not giving healthcare brands a space to operate from. We are giving them an ecosystem to establish, operate, and grow, so they can focus on care while we handle everything behind it.”

Aartas CliniShare plans to add 20,000 sq. ft. of customised healthcare infrastructure across Delhi NCR by the end of the current financial year. Its next micro-markets include Noida, West Delhi and North Delhi. Over the next 2–3 years, the company is targeting 8–10 new centres and a total footprint of approximately 1 lakh sq. ft., including markets such as Mumbai and other metros. Expansion will be guided by patient catchments, speciality needs and enterprise partnerships.

Individual doctors continue to account for the core of the business. Currently, approximately 80 per cent of the business comes from individual doctors, while 20 per cent comes from enterprise, speciality and group practices. Going forward, the company plans to allocate up to 30 per cent of its space to enterprise clients, with the remainder serving individual doctors, specialists and group clinics.

Speaking about the road ahead, Ayush Sharma, Co-founder, Aartas CliniShare, said, “Individual doctors built Aartas CliniShare, and they will always be at its core. Enterprise partnerships let us build bigger and move faster, but the goal hasn’t changed. Doctors should spend their time practising medicine, not managing clinics and infra. Whether it is a doctor opening their first practice or a healthcare brand expanding across cities, we want to be the infrastructure, operating and technology partner behind them. We are building the layer that will power the next generation of OPD care in India.”
