CLIRNET launches DentalNet platform for continuing dental education

CLIRNET announced the launch of DentalNet, a digital platform for continuing dental education for dentists in India and in other markets.

DentalNet offers access to live sessions led by experts, clinical education content, professional development programmes, AI-based clinical tools, searchable learning material and moderated question-and-answer sessions. The platform enables dentists to update skills through structured learning linked to clinical practice.

The platform aims to link academic learning with dental practice by connecting dentists with clinicians and educators from India and other countries. DentalNet focuses on clinical guidance, published guidelines, research updates and clinical experience delivered through live sessions and recorded formats.

DentalNet has been designed to support dentists in maintaining clinical preparedness as healthcare practices change.

Following a pilot phase, the platform reports the availability of more than 100 live sessions at launch, over 5,000 education content items and participation from more than 45,000 dentists. Weekly sessions led by experts are scheduled.

DentalNet faculty includes clinicians and educators from different regions. Sessions have been conducted by Dr P C Jacob from Bengaluru, Prof Dr S Jimson from Chennai, Dr Hoti Lal Gupta from Jaipur and Dr Dhaval Pandya from Mumbai. The faculty represents academic and clinical experience across dental specialties and practice settings.
