Dr Anil Kansal, a leading neurosurgeon has joined the BLK Super Speciality Hospital as the Director-Neurosurgery & Head-Neuro Spine of BLK Centre of Neurosciences. Dr Kansal’s experience in neurosurgery will strengthen BLK Centre of Neurosciences in great proportions.
Dr Kansal is an MBBS, MS(General Surgery) and Mch (Neurosurgery) from King George’s Medical College, Lucknow. Post education, he has had an association with the King George’s Medical College. He has been associated with the Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, VIMHANS and Max Hospital, besides others.
Spanning over 16 years, Dr Kansal has the distinct reputation of successfully handling 4500 plus brain surgeries, 2000 cases of spine surgery, 500 cases of anterior cervical microdiscectomy, 60 cases of disc replacement, 400 cases of aneurysm clipping, 50 cases of degenerative spine scoliosis, more than 500 cases of endoscopic brain surgeries and 30 odd surgeries of microvascular decompression for trigeminal neuralgia and hemifacial spasm to share a few.
