Max Healthcare has collaborated with Google to introduce a digital feature that allows patients to book appointments directly through Google Search and Google Maps. The integration is intended to simplify access to healthcare services by enabling direct appointment booking from search results.

Using Google’s Appointments Redirect capability, users searching for Max Hospitals, doctors, or medical specialties will see a “Book Online” option. This option redirects users to Max Healthcare’s official appointment booking platform. The process reduces steps in the booking journey and directs patients to verified and current information through authenticated redirection to official Max Healthcare channels.

Commenting on the collaboration, Anas Abdul Wajid, Senior Director – Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, Max Healthcare, said, “A large number of patients begin their healthcare journey through a search on Google. Our goal is to make their journey from search to appointment as simple as possible. By enabling direct booking via Google, we are helping people save valuable time, avoid confusion, and confidently access our trusted clinical services. Importantly, this initiative is aligned with our wider efforts towards digital transformation to build a more seamless, connected, and patient-centric healthcare ecosystem.”

The appointment booking integration will be available across all Max Healthcare facilities, providing uniform access for patients across locations.

The collaboration supports Max Healthcare’s focus on strengthening digital healthcare access and enabling patients to connect with clinical services through commonly used digital platforms.
