Paras Health appoints Balkishan Sharma as Group CHRO and Business Transformation Officer 

Paras Health is pleased to announce the appointment of Balkishan Sharma as Group Chief Human Resources Officer (Group CHRO) and Business Transformation Officer. In this role, Sharma will lead workforce transformation, business initiatives, and the development of a high-performance, values-driven culture across the organization. This appointment reinforces the organization’s commitment to strong leadership and excellence in patient care across its network.

Sharma brings over 22 years of healthcare experience, with deep expertise in HR strategy, workforce planning, employee engagement, organizational transformation, and business transformation initiatives. He has previously served as the EVP & Head – HR Operations (Pan India) at Max Healthcare Institute Ltd., and additionally held senior roles at Fortis Healthcare Ltd., Paras Health, and Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute & Research Centre, driving leadership development, HR digitization, and operational efficiency. He holds an MBA in Human Resources and has completed an advanced Leadership Development Programme from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
