Redcliffe Labs opens new diagnostic laboratory in Midnapore to expand services in West Bengal

Redcliffe Labs, a pan-India omnichannel diagnostics service provider, has expanded its network in West Bengal with the launch of a new diagnostic laboratory in Midnapore. With this addition, the company strengthens its presence across East and West Midnapore and neighbouring towns.

The new facility, located in Sadar District’s Miya Bazar, aligns with Redcliffe Labs’ focus on extending access to diagnostic services in Tier II and Tier III regions. The laboratory is equipped with advanced diagnostic technology to deliver accurate reports with minimal turnaround time.

Redcliffe Labs offers diagnostic capabilities across biochemistry, haematology, immunoassays, clinical pathology, serology, and hormones. Services can be accessed through walk-ins, with reports provided in accordance with NABL and ISO guidelines.

Strategically located in Midnapore, the laboratory will extend services to surrounding areas, including Khargapur, Jhargram, Contai, Ghatal, Tamluk, and Haldia. The facility is headed by Dr Manatosh Mandal, a pathologist with over 12 years of experience.

The Midnapore facility follows NABL and ISO guidelines, implements six-sigma processes, and conducts over 50 daily quality checks. AI and ML-backed digital infrastructure supports precision and enhances the patient experience with features including sample tracking, smart report downloads, and comparative health progress reports.
