ShardaCare Healthcity and Sharda Hospital appoints Sandeep Dogra as Group COO

ShardaCare Healthcity and Sharda Hospital has appointed Sandeep Dogra as Group Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective immediately.

He brings over 25 years of expertise in healthcare administration. At ShardaCare Healthcity and Sharda Hospital, he will lead strategic growth, P&L management, and the diversification of services through new specialties and outpatient clinics. He will also focus on expanding digital and telehealth platforms, driving operational excellence through optimised pricing, cross-functional collaboration, AI-driven insights, and patient-centric initiatives, while strengthening teams and further enhancing the group’s integrated healthcare ecosystem.
