Thyrocare appoints Rajdeep Panwar as Chief Commercial Officer
Appointment focuses on commercial operations and growth across India
Thyrocare Technologies has announced the appointment of Rajdeep Panwar as Chief Commercial Officer. The appointment forms part of the company’s leadership structure as it advances its commercial strategy and customer engagement across India.
Rajdeep Panwar has experience in the healthcare and diagnostics sector, with a background covering profit and loss management, business expansion, planning, and scaling diagnostic operations. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in the launch and management of more than 200 diagnostic laboratories and has been a founding team member of two healthcare ventures.
Before joining Thyrocare, Panwar served as Director at GHL Pharma & Diagnostics Ltd. (GHL–Medanta), where he was involved in the expansion of Medanta Labs across North India. His professional experience also includes leadership roles at Apollo Diagnostics, Johnson & Johnson, and Dr. Lal PathLabs. Across these organisations, he has worked on business expansion, commercial strategy, technical operations, customer support, process management, accreditation, and organisational change.

In his role as Chief Commercial Officer, Panwar will be responsible for the profit and loss of Thyrocare and will lead the company’s commercial functions. These include franchise operations, corporate business, direct-to-consumer channels, customer relationship management, customer operations, catalogue management, and radiology services. His responsibilities include revenue growth, customer experience, and expansion of Thyrocare’s presence across India.
Thyrocare, part of API Holdings, stated that the appointment aligns with its focus on expanding access to diagnostics across the country.
