Dr Vinay Aggarwal, CMD, Pushpanjali Crosslay Hospital has been elected and will be taking over as the President-Confederation of Medical Associations of Asia and Oceania (CMAAO). The 28th CMAAO Congress and 49th Council Meeting is scheduled to be held at Hotel Shangri La, New Delhi from September 12-14, 2013.
CMAAO’s theme of this year’s conference is “Be human stop child abuse”. Apart from that the conference will also have deliberations on “preventing Life Style Disorders”. 200 delegates from more than 20 member countries would be participating in the conference.
Dr Vinay Aggarwal, a renowned name in the medical fraternity, is currently the Vice President, Delhi Medical Council; Member, Standing Committee ESI Corporation; Past National President, IMA; Former Secretary General, IMA and a recipient of Dr BC Roy National Award-2006.
