Yatharth Hospital launches advanced brain stimulation centre
The centre aims to provide non-invasive treatment options for a wide range of neurological and psychiatric conditions
Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital, Sector-20, Faridabad has announced the inauguration of its Brain Stimulation Centre.
The newly inaugurated Centre is equipped with advanced technologies such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and other neuromodulation therapies that are clinically proven to treat conditions like Stroke, Parkinson’s Disease, Dementia, depression, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), chronic pain, migraine, and other neurological disorders.
These therapies work by stimulating specific areas of the brain to restore normal functioning, thereby improving symptoms in a targeted and effective manner.
Dr Kunal Bahrani, Chairman and Group Director, Neurology, Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital, Sector-20, Faridabad, said “The newly launched Brain Stimulation Centre is the first of its kind in Delhi NCR, which will significantly benefit patients not only from Faridabad but also from nearby regions seeking specialised brain health services. Patients can undergo therapy in an outpatient setting, with minimal side effects and quicker recovery times compared to traditional treatment methods. One of the key advantages of these treatments is that they are non-invasive and do not require anesthesia or surgical intervention. This makes brain stimulation therapies particularly beneficial for patients who have not responded well to medications or who experience adverse effects from long-term drug use.”
Amit Singh, Group CEO, Yatharth Group of Hospitals said, “The Brain Stimulation Centre is a reflection of our vision, offering safe, non-invasive, and highly effective treatment options for patients suffering from complex neurological and psychiatric disorders. With a team of experienced specialists and cutting-edge technology, we aim to improve quality of life, reduce dependency on long-term medication, and provide personalised care pathways.”
The centre also emphasises personalised treatment planning, where each patient undergoes a thorough evaluation before therapy is initiated. By tailoring treatment protocols to individual needs, the hospital ensures better clinical outcomes and improved patient satisfaction. Additionally, the integration of neurological and psychiatric expertise allows for a holistic approach to patient care.
