Neuberg Diagnostics offers COVID-19 self-assessment test on its website

This self-health assessment scan has been developed as per guidelines laid down by WHO, MoH&FW to help individuals assess their risk of contracting COVID-19

Neuberg Diagnostics recently announced a COVID-19 self-assessment test on its website, wherein one just needs to answer a few questions to know whether she / he needs to get in touch with a doctor. This self-health assessment scan has been developed as per the guidelines laid down by World Health Organisation (WHO) and Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MoH&FW) , Government of India, to help individuals assess their risk of contracting COVID-19.

Speaking on the occasion, Aishwarya Vasudevan, Chief Operating Officer, Neuberg Diagnostics said, “Given the present scenario, where the entire world is combating a fast-spreading deadly virus, a tool like this will help people at large to understand their risk and will help reduce the panic amongst them considering a fever or cough may be just a seasonal flu or fever.”

“We urge people to take the COVID-19 self-assessment test on our website, this will help remove any doubts and to ensure safety for themselves and their near and dear ones. At the same time, it must be noted that this tool is not a replacement of an expert medical advice and it is always advisable to consult a doctor in case of any symptoms,” she added.

The self-assessment test may be taken at https://neubergdiagnostics.com/covid19-selfassessment/index.html. All one needs to do is feed in her / his age and gender; and answer few questions pertaining to current living situation, nature of job, location of job, smoking habits, recent international travel, recent domestic travel, contact with confirmed or suspected COVID-19 case, symptoms experience, medical history and medications taken.

Basis the self-assessment, one may decide if she / he needs to get in touch with a doctor.
