It includes installation of sanitisation chambers, workplace fumigation, COVID tests for employees, discounts on various wellness and delivery providers, procuring PPE kits, and free online doctor consultation for the employees.
Sourabh Deorah, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, Advantage Club laid down the salient features of the new strategy post-COVID-19. “We want to ensure a working environment in the offices that is completely safe, disinfected, and sanitised. The same goes for the office goers. With the help of sanitisation chambers, regular fumigation, and readily available PPE kits, such a goal can be achieved. Advantage Club has also introduced health insurance for companies to provide to their employees, in association with prominent partner broker firms. The company has also launched COVID-19 insurance through which organisations can help their employees specifically for the coronavirus pandemic. Health insurance has also been mandated by the government for all the firms resuming operations after the lockdown.
