The AI platform will be implemented across 5 Aster Hospitals in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh
Aster Prime Hospitals has announced a partnership with Heaps for providing post discharge care management services.

The AI-based technology helps us in identifying high risk patients, so we can proactively reach out to patients at the right time to ensure better quality of outcomes. The hospital now has access to data, metrics and insights which were hitherto unavailable. This is a great use of technology for improving the quality of care as well as patient engagement.”
