Garware Fulflex acquires medical products manufacturing facility in Texas

Acquisition expands company’s manufacturing footprint in North America and adds a 300,000-square-foot facility in Jacksonville

Garware Fulflex has announced the completion of its acquisition of a 300,000-square-foot medical products manufacturing facility in Jacksonville, Texas, expanding its manufacturing footprint in North America.

According to the company, the facility is situated on a 30-acre campus, employs more than 250 people and manufactures a range of medical products used by healthcare providers and patients across North America and other markets.

The company stated that the facility includes injection moulding, blow moulding, thermoforming, extrusion, assembly and quality systems, supporting its manufacturing capabilities for healthcare companies.

According to Garware Fulflex, the acquisition expands its manufacturing presence in the United States and forms part of its long-term strategy to build a global healthcare manufacturing platform.

With the addition of the Jacksonville facility, the company stated that it has expanded its global manufacturing network to provide customers with increased production capacity, technical expertise, supply chain resilience and closer access to the North American healthcare market.
