MedLern partners with Mediversal Hospital to launch digital learning platform
The collaboration introduces role-based digital training for clinical and non-clinical teams to support compliance, safety, and professional development
MedLern has announced a strategic partnership with Mediversal Hospital to implement a digital learning and development platform aimed at upskilling healthcare professionals and improving compliance management. The initiative will support staff across all departments in continuous, role-specific training, with a focus on clinical skills, operational efficiency, and patient safety.
Bhanu Pratap, Co-Founder and Director of Mediversal Healthcare, said, “At Mediversal, quality healthcare education, anchored in nursing excellence and strengthened by our support departments, is the foundation of great patient care. Through our partnership with MedLern, we’re delivering regular, role‑based upskilling aligned to NABH guidelines, with a sharp focus on patient communication and informed consent, POSH compliance, and clear, compassionate communication in adverse situations—so that professionalism and empathy are evident at every touchpoint.”
The collaboration will deliver training to teams including nursing, allied health, pharmacy, laboratory and radiology technicians, front-office and patient services, housekeeping, CSSD, and facility management. The digital platform features mobile-first access, interactive modules, real-time assessments, and audit-ready records to support hospital operations and readiness.
According to MedLern, the training content will emphasise infection prevention and control, medication safety, documentation protocols, handovers, and emergency preparedness. These elements aim to support consistent, outcomes-based care practices.
Deepak Sharma, CEO of MedLern, said, “We are proud to partner with Mediversal Hospital, an institution dedicated to raising the bar for healthcare in Bihar. With our tailored digital learning solutions, MedLern aims to empower healthcare providers with the knowledge and skills essential for delivering world-class patient care. We believe this collaboration will not only enhance clinical excellence but also create a culture of continuous professional growth within the organisation.”
MedLern’s platform also includes features for automated compliance management and performance tracking, designed to simplify regulatory requirements and accreditation processes. These tools are intended to help Mediversal Hospital maintain high standards in quality and safety.
The first phase of deployment will prioritise staff in nursing, critical care, emergency services, and allied health departments. Administrative and support teams will be included in future training phases. Each programme will be customised to address the specific needs of the hospital’s workforce.
