NHA enlists Pristyn Care as a health tech partner for Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission to create ABHA ID

This partnership between the NHA and Pristyn Care aims to help more Indians be able to generate their ABHA ID through a simple two-step process

The NHA has officially announced the partnership of Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) and Pristyn Care, mentioning that from now onwards, one can create ABHA (Ayushman Bharat Health Account) ID from Pristyn Care App. NHA has also formally listed Pristyn Care as a partner on their website.

According to Pristyn Care, ABDM will help the Government of India fulfill its aim of developing the integrated digital healthcare infrastructure. Till now, ABHA ID could be created only through government hospitals. This partnership between the NHA and Pristyn Care aims to help more Indians be able to generate their ABHA ID through a simple two-step process, where only phone numbers and Aadhar ID numbers will be required. ABDM would streamline healthcare information through digital management of inputs.

ABHA is a identity that will be accepted by healthcare providers and payers across the country. It also aims to strengthen the accessibility and equity of health services, including the continuum of care with citizens, being able to access their health data, in a holistic healthcare program approach, leveraging IT and associated technologies.
